La villa è facilmente raggiungibile sia dal Porto di Cagliari che dall'aeroporto, si trova lungo la strada litoranea per Villasimius nella località di Capitana. Il cancello è sulla strada principale (Viale Leonardo Da Vinci). Si possono parcheggiare le auto nel giardino privato della Villa. la casa ha l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Capitana, a pochi Km c'è il porticciolo turistico "Marina di Capitana" dal quale è possibile noleggiare imbarcazioni o prenotare escursioni in barca.
